Terms of Use

Effective September 3, 2026

By using EVR, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or its calculators.

Fitness information, not medical advice

EVR provides general educational information and mathematical estimates. Results are not diagnoses, prescriptions, individualized nutrition plans, or medical advice. Equations cannot account for every person, health condition, medication, injury, pregnancy, or training circumstance.

Consult an appropriately qualified healthcare or fitness professional before making decisions that could affect your health. Stop activity and seek appropriate care if you experience concerning symptoms.

Use of estimates

Calculator results depend on the information you enter and the assumptions shown. Results may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for checking inputs, understanding limitations, and deciding whether and how to use an estimate.

Permitted use

You may use EVR for personal, lawful fitness education. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, overload its infrastructure, or use automated systems in a way that disrupts service.

Intellectual property

The EVR brand, site design, and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Published scientific formulas and third-party names remain attributable to their respective sources and owners.

Availability and third parties

We may change or discontinue any part of EVR without notice. Links, advertisements, or services supplied by third parties are governed by their own terms and policies, and EVR is not responsible for third-party content.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EVR is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. EVR and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or health-related losses arising from use of, or reliance on, the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The effective date above identifies the current version.
